Beginning with five children from a slum, Sandhyalaya provides formal and non-formal value education, vocational training and nutrition to first-generation learners from neighbouring slums who attend municipal schools.
The projects span early-years education, study support, nourishment, child sponsorship, creativity, self-development and vocational learning.

A programme at Chembur Children’s Home in Mankhurd and David Sassoon Industrial Home in Matunga. Classes focus on awareness, creative thinking and group therapy through art and creative workshops.

Formal and non-formal education for children from streets and very low-income families at D.N. Nagar, Andheri. Daily classes combine academics with songs, dance, creative activities and festival learning.

Based opposite Versova Police Station in Andheri, Soup Kitchen combines non-formal education, nutrition, social awareness, values, confidence and self-sustaining skills for children living on the streets.
Learning uses stories, art, craft, puppets, flash cards and general knowledge activities. Nutritious food is provided after daily sessions.

A vocational training and skill-development activity for young girls and boys, teaching the design of diyas, jewellery, and jute or canvas bags.

Based in Vile Parle West, Sparsh includes two balwadi batches with breakfast and parent-awareness workshops, a Soup Kitchen programme for children, and a Self Empowerment Program with health activities, mentoring and counselling for adolescents and youth.
